A key element of LEAP’s success is our ability to recruit talented team members with a variety of experience, skills, and expertise. We are pleased to introduce our newest team members, Hilary Kopp, Vicki Tzortzis, and Eli Santana.

Vasiliki “Vicki” Tzortzis, Teen Center Coordinator

Vicki oversees all of the programs, staff, and volunteers at the Teen Center. Vicki has a bachelor’s in Expressive Arts Therapies with specializations in Holistic Psychology and Dance/Movement Therapy. She has over three years of experience as an academic tutor in both undergraduate and graduate levels, working with English Learner students and those with different learning abilities (including on the autism spectrum). She is currently working with a tutor on basic Spanish skills. Vicki is a graduate of Peabody Veterans Memorial High School.

Elizaul “Eli” Santana, Teen Center Associate

Eli will be assisting Vicki with the day-to-day operations of the Teen Center while tutoring students in Math and English. Eli is currently a junior at Salem State University where he is studying business. He has experience working with youth from his summer camp counselor days at the Salem YMCA. Eli is a Salem resident and graduated from Salem High School. He speaks Spanish fluently.

Hilary Kopp, Senior Director of Middle School Programs

Hilary is in charge of all middle school programs and is the project manager for the Lynn expansion. Hilary has an undergraduate degree from Colgate in Political Science, an M.Ed from Salem State University and a Masters in Public Affairs from Princeton. She has a wealth of experience in teaching (5th grade), after-school, workforce development, program evaluation, project management, education policy, and curriculum development.
