Become a LEAP Volunteer
Volunteers engaging in more than a one-time event complete the following process:
1. Apply
Complete our application form to express your interest and share information about your background.
2. Interview
Meet with LEAP’s Volunteer and Partnership team to identify the best volunteer placement for your skills.
3. CORI and SORI Checks
Complete forms and provide documentation required for LEAP to conduct background checks.
4. Orientation
Receive the information and basic skills needed for your volunteer experience.
5. Placement
Meet with the LEAP staff overseeing your volunteer experience to set your schedule and learn key details about your placement.
6. Start Volunteering
Start engaging in your volunteer experience, with support from LEAP staff as needed.
