College degree gap widens between Black and White Americans

The National Student Clearinghouse Research Center reports that the gap between Black and White college graduates has widened significantly since 2010. Some analysts attribute this issue to the rising cost of a college education, along with and lack of preparation and resources in low-income high schools.
